Since 2015, New Generation Boxing Academy (NGBA) has been the heartbeat of Lynwood's boxing community. We aren't a corporate fitness chain with juice bars and eucalyptus towels. We are a real neighborhood boxing gym built on sweat, discipline, and unwavering respect.

  • Monday - Thursday 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Friday 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Sunday Rest Day
